Co-presented with the Toronto Photography Seminar
Engaging with the borderlines between public and private; the social and political role of photographs; and the lines between art, activism and propaganda; this moderated panel discussion explores photography’s complex relations to the theme of public. It was presented in conjunction with the 2012 Scotiabank CONTACT Photography festival exhibition, Public: Collective Identity | Occupied Spaces.
Art with Insight is generously supported by Peter Allen.
