The University of Toronto Art Centre invites Campus Groups to book the art lounge for events, receptions, awards, lectures, concerts or meetings.

as early as possible before your event. UTAC will only correspond with the Group's official contact person.
Please read our policies and agreement information. A signed agreement stating knowledge of UTAC's policies is a requirement of any booking along with a $100 deposit. Any alcohol served in the evening must be booked independently through Campus Beverage Services and requires an additional payment of $20/hour for the duration of your event to cover the increased hours and responsibilities of student staff. The art centre does not supply audio-visual equipment or catering, audio-visual equipment can be reserved through the Office of Space Management.
